Job Description: Business Analyst Veeva/Salesforce (Pharma Domain)

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct workshops and document business processes for Veeva and Salesforce platforms.
System Configuration & Support: Work closely with technical teams to configure Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Vault CRM solutions. Support Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and workflow automation.
Data Management: Utilize Data Loader for data migration, cleansing, and maintenance activities. Ensure data integrity and compliance with pharma industry standards.
Testing & Validation: Develop test cases and perform UAT for CRM enhancements and integrations. Validate alignment of system functionalities with business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendors. Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Project Management experience (5+ years) in CRM (preferably Salesforce) product development, enhancements, and data integration.
Strong understanding of Pharma Field Operations and their influence on field effectiveness.
Analytical mindset with experience in data handling and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, and Vault CRM.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and Data Loader.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Exposure to Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
Additional Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Veeva CRM and its configuration/customization.
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
