About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst & Product Manager to lead digital transformation across our WealthTech and Fintech platforms, including other advisory modules. The role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on product ownership, driving innovation across wealth management, PMS, AIF, and mutual fund solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Strategy
- Lead ideation, scoping, and execution of digital products across Chatur.AI, advisory, and equity platforms.
- Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive UI/UX strategy and oversee client-facing digital experiences.
- Qualifications
2. Business Analysis & Documentation
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), and User Stories for Agile projects.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through design, development, and testing.
- Translate business objectives into technical and functional deliverables.
3. Project Management & Technical Coordination
- Manage project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Coordinate between tech, design, QA, and business teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners for system integration.
4. Testing & UAT Oversight
- Design and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA cycles.
- Develop and manage test cases, defect logs, and bug-tracking workflows using tools like JIRA and HP ALM.
- Ensure product quality and compliance before go-live.
5. Stakeholder & Cross-SBU Collaboration
- Partner with vertical heads across Wealth, Advisory, and Research divisions.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
- Manage communication with leadership and ensure strategic visibility of digital initiatives.
- Ensure products comply with SEBI guidelines and other financial regulations.
6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate digital solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories using Confluence or similar tools.
