Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for versatile Business Analysts with strong Financial Services experience to support various workstreams within a global Commercial Cards Re-platforming Program. The role requires working closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to define requirements and support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.

• Produce business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, and gap analyses.

• Support solution design discussions and business process improvements.

• Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout activities.

• Manage requirement traceability and change requests.

• Collaborate with multiple workstreams across business, technology, and operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–11 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, or Transaction Banking.

• Experience working on transformation and digital modernization programs.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial Cards experience.

• Payments domain knowledge.

• Experience working on global banking programs.
