Objectives of the Job profile:

· Understand customer business processes and requirements.

· Prepare a business requirement document

· Present and demonstrate solutions to convince customers.

· Prepare solution proposal

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

· Ensure successful delivery of projects on time.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve overall revenue streams.

· Analyse competitive software solutions, and industry trends and prepare comparisons for product development.

· Identify strategic opportunities for business growth

· Work with sales and marketing to create target strategies, presentations, etc.

· Project management of internal and external projects.

· Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and analyze performance metrics.

· Connect with prospects to understand their challenges/fears/ expectations to enable faster closure.

· Participate in sprint planning sessions to prioritize tasks based on business value and customer needs.

· Attention to detail and data gathering and data management skills.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Analytical bent of mind.
