Desirable Qualification: Degree (or) Diploma in computer science field with Project Management with 5+ years of relevant experience
Work Experience: Proven experience (5+Yeras) as a Business Analyst/Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization or within the logistics & Supply chain industry.
Technical Skills Required To Perform The Role
- PMP Certified Professional with 5+ years experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Should have worked large sized IT/Software projects as Business Analyst. Shipping industry / Sea Ports experience is desirable
- Strong skills in collecting and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation and user stories.
- Strong knowledge in understanding of Data Visualization Concepts and Ability to write SQL Queries
- Experience in ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from data.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise technical documentation about the IT related Projects.
Ability to write user manuals and training materials. Experience in Machine Learning/Python is an added advantage
