Banking and Functional experience on Core Banking including Oracle Banking Products
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Core Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with core banking platforms
- Strong Exp Core banking products.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Essential Job Functions:
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to core banking processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work with product owners, QA, developers, and architects to design and implement system changes.
- Perform gap analysis between existing systems and business requirements.
- Assist in UAT planning, scripting, and execution.
- Ensure alignment of core banking features with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation, migration, and upgrades of core banking platforms.
- Conduct workshops and training for business users on new features and workflows.
