Overview

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with business case development and feasibility analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
