Overview

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Document business processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to define project scope.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements and use cases.
  • Coordinate with IT and development teams to design technical solutions.
  • Gather feedback and assess performance of implemented solutions.
  • Perform market research to inform business strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience with business case development and feasibility analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
