● Own end-to-end analytics for the Control Tower, enabling real-time visibility into business

and operational performance across the network.

● Build and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers to monitor key

business, supply chain, and operational metrics.

● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities,

translating insights into actionable recommendations.

● Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and Business teams to

solve complex business problems using data.

● Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources,

ensuring accuracy and consistency.

● Develop forecasting models, exception reports, and performance scorecards to support

business planning and operational decision-making.

● Drive root cause analyses for critical operational issues and recommend scalable

solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.

● Automate recurring reports and analytical workflows to reduce manual effort and

improve reporting speed.

● Monitor business health metrics, proactively identify anomalies, and drive corrective

actions with relevant stakeholders.

● Continuously improve data quality, reporting frameworks, and analytical processes to

enable faster, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Are you who we are searching for

● Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics,

Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. MBA is preferred.

● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Control Tower,

Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, or

high-growth startup environments.

● Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) with experience writing complex queries, joins,

CTEs, window functions, and optimizing large datasets.

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced

formulas, and data analysis.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems using

data.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence

decisions through insights.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with multiple priorities

and tight timelines.

● Knowledge of Python or statistical analysis is an added advantage
