Responsibiliti
- esOversee the implementation and smooth functioning of analytics platforms across multiple sales channel
- s.Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all field-related concerns regarding analytics tools and system
- s.Build and maintain strong governance mechanisms to ensure efficient and compliant operations of analytics platform
- s.Conduct periodic on-ground checks to assess system accuracy, performance, and adoptio
- n.Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen engagement with channel partner
- s.Acquire and manage data from primary and secondary sources to support analytics need
- s.Ensure high-quality input data is consistently fed into the data warehous
- e.Engage with channel partners to resolve issues, gather feedback, and understand market dynamic
- s.Perform regular market visits to identify real-time challenges and improvement area
- s.Ensure timely communication of incentives and schemes, aligned with performance metrics and disbursement cycle
- s.Visit distributors experiencing integration or platform-related challenges, based on BM recommendation
