Join the Asset and Wealth Management Core Analytics team and help transform Asset and Wealth Management Operations through data-promoten insights. Be a key contributor in shaping the analytics ecosystem and capability set for a global transformation program. Gain exposure to senior leadership and collaborate across the full spectrum of Asset and Wealth Management.

Job Summary:

As an Analytics Specialist within the Asset and Wealth Management Core Analytics team, you deliver actionable analytics insights to solve business challenges and foster best practices. You help define the analytics ecosystem and capability set for the transformation journey. You gain broad exposure and visibility to senior leadership across the global Asset and Wealth Management organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation of processes using data transformation tools such as Alteryx and SQL
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Alteryx workflows and deploy them to Alteryx Server
  • Create and improve analytics dashboards in Tableau and Qlik
  • Manage and deploy dashboards to the firm-wide server
  • Support development of the Data Analytics framework by partnering with business teams
  • Identify requirements and integrate new datasets into analytics solutions
  • Train new team members in using analytics toolsets
  • Guide teams toward robust delivery milestones
  • Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior audiences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology with relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management leading strategic change
  • Apply expertise in data transformation tools such as Alteryx and visualization tools like Tableau and Qlik
  • Utilize advanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python, or equivalent tools
  • Manage project delivery across multiple streams with varying priorities
  • Execute successful internal partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Communicate effectively with excellent written skills and articulate complex concepts confidently

  • Lead teams using different technological development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Articulate technical concepts crisply to senior audiences
