Job Description

Main Purpose:

- Liaise with various internal departments to confirm alignment on supply requirements.
- Maintain company systems in line with the best estimates and actualized data.
- Day-to-day support for the TFG Bunkering operations team via handling of
pre and post-deal administrative task activities to ensure contract
execution runs smoothly and in compliance with Trafigura Golden Rules,
Code of Conduct.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep systems updated at all times with accurate data
  • Verifying supporting documents against data entry in respective systems, and raising any query to relevant department in case of inconsistent data.
  • Handling KYC administration
  • Working on clearances of vessels for planned operations
  • Action sales and build into the schedule of operations
  • Follow closely internal procedures and company's policies. Adhering to the companies Code of Conduct at all times.

  • High-reaching, dynamic and enthusiastic personality who seeks to understand the complexity of the business and can challenge the boundaries of current working methods.
  • Strong communication/influencing skills and strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities, numerical skills.
  • Able to work in an independent, proactive manner and motivated to work to deadlines and succeed in a high-speed environment.

Experience:

  • Previous experience working with data admin entry is desirable but not essential.
