Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering presentations, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales and development goals of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver effective Presentations.
- Experience with Lead Generation and conducting thorough Market Research.
- Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to connect with clients and team members effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus.
