Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the building including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Supervise service providers, contractors, and in-house staff to ensure quality and timely work.
  • Ensure all safety, fire, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and control operational budgets.
  • Address tenant concerns, queries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain building standards and identify repair/maintenance needs.
  • Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.
  • Support planning of upgrades, renovations, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (37 years) in property/building management, facilities, or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is an advantage.
