Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced Lead SAP PPDS Consultant to join the
SAP Planning Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP/DS with hands-on experience in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation and support projects, driving production planning and detailed scheduling initiatives, and delivering optimized supply chain solutions for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP PP/DS implementation and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PPDS solutions.
- Configure and support SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS functionalities.
- Drive production planning and detailed scheduling process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with SAP modules.
- Handle end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and
hypercare support.
- Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
- Support issue resolution, change requests, and production support activities.

- Stakeholder Qualifications :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PPDS consulting.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS is mandatory.
- Strong experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Good understanding of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Skills :
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects.
- Exposure to AI-enabled planning and digital supply chain solutions.
- SAP certification in PP/DS or IBP will be an added advantage.
