Role Overview:

We are hiring a Brands Strategist & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead digital campaigns, build brand strategies, and manage client communication. You'll be key in presenting, executing, and optimizing branding and marketing efforts for both in-house and client brands / service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and digital marketing plans for our clients (Internal & external)
  • Present and pitch CVTPL's digital marketing service to potential clients.
  • Manage client engagements end-to-end, lead strategic meetings, and spearhead initiatives to generate new business.
  • Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation.
  • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Lumen5) for content and campaign automation.
  • Create marketing pitch decks, investor decks, and collaboration decks for clients.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns (targeting, budgeting, ROI analysis).
  • Build SEO-driven content strategies to improve reach and engagement.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to deliver impactful brand messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media, or Communications
  • 2 - 4 years in digital/social media marketing (agency preferred)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
  • Experience with AI tools for social media and content automation
  • Strong skills in branding, copywriting, client communication & multi-project handling
  • Creative thinker, self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
