Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic BrandMarketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading brand communication efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand values and objectives. This role requires strong collaboration skills to fulfill the diverse requirements of internal stakeholders and coordinate with various agencies. The Brand Communication Lead will oversee content creation, campaigns, packaging, brand innovation, PR activities, and consumer
research initiatives.

Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities -

1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication/content strategies that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders with varying creative and communication needs to ensure their requirements are met effectively.

3. Lead and execute with internal teams/agencies to execute marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and other brand communication activities.

4. Work closely with the multi-media content team within the larger marketing team to produce engaging content like visual, researched content that aligns with our brand messaging and goals.

5. Lead packaging initiatives, ensuring our product reflects our brand values and appeals to consumers.

6. Drive brand innovation by identifying emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.

7. Strategise and manage corporate communications, PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and events, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

8. Conduct consumer research to gain insights into market trends, preferences, and behavior, and use findings to inform brand communication strategies.

9. Monitor and analyse the performance of brand communication efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in brand communication and marketing.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. 8+ Years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or related roles.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand communication strategies and campaigns.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Mandatory Traits ( Non -negotiables )

1. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving results
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
3. Experience in consumer research and data analysis is a plus.
4. Knowledge of sustainability practices and principles is desirable.
