Our platform enables users to build, modify, and deploy production-ready software using natural language. We're looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to help shape how the RetronAI brand is experienced across every customer touchpoint.
If you enjoy creating launch campaigns, product marketing assets, social media content, and beautiful visuals that simplify complex technology, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Design marketing campaigns for product launches and feature announcements
- Create high-quality social media creatives for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other channels
- Design marketing assets for our website, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Create product visuals, illustrations, screenshots, and promotional graphics
- Design paid advertising creatives across digital channels
- Help evolve and maintain the RetronAI brand identity across all marketing touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with the Founder and Growth Marketing Manager on campaigns and product launches
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand design and digital marketing work
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects
Bonus
- Experience designing for SaaS, technology, or AI companies
- Experience creating product marketing campaigns
- Basic motion design or After Effects experience
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Veo, Runway, or similar
