Job Description

  • Ideate & contribute in drawing the road map for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
  • Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
  • Identify opportunities in HoReCa, QSRs and Key Accounts
  • Build Business case for identified opportunities for alignment with key stakeholders
  • Lead new product development/customisation work for HoReCa segment in coordination with cross functional teams especially R&D team
  • Ideate & contribute to planning of ongoing projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
  • Drive on ground execution with Sales function and other key stakeholders & track success parameters
  • Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing

The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant experience and a good understanding of HoReCa channel
  • Proven success in new business development across institutional channel
  • Experience in new product development would be an added advantage
