Job Description

Role Overview:

Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands.
  • Driving brand awareness campaigns on digital and other platforms like ATL, Videos, TVC and

evaluate/monitor performance.

  • Drive purpose led initiatives with external organizations.
  • Create effective PR stories that can make our brand stand-out as a purpose-first brand.
  • Maintain Brand calendar, budget and deliveries accordingly.
  • Work on blue-ocean ideas and think big to create impactful brand properties.
  • Work with revenue, NPD teams to identify levers for brand growth. Also, drive category insights based on internal analysis and competition assessment.

Qualification:

  • Masters degree in management/marketing.
  • Experience: 3-5 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.
  • Worked on 360* marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work with multiple external agencies including creative.
  • Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation.
  • Strong creative sensibilities.
  • High ownership and passion.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines.
