The Brand Horizontal Team is responsible for managing and improving product offerings, editorial operations, resource requirements and performance, response innovations, brand performance and profitability maximization, cost optimization, reach optimization, budgeting, publishing workflows, content acquisition, news audit, etc., for all publishing brands (Times of India (TOI), TOI Metro Supplements (TIMS), Economic Times (ET), Navbharat Times (NBT), Maharashtra Times (MT) & Ei Samay (ES)).

Product Management - Increasing reader stickiness & Increasing monetizability
New Product Offerings, Product Strengthening
Product Monitoring, Reports & Analysis (LPRS, Ad Dummy Release, Ad-Edit ratio, Product Report, competition tracking, etc.)
Titles registration management (PRGI ) - RNI related coordination for ongoing changes in Editor, Printer, Publisher, etc.
Monetization Support Support for Revenue maximization and campaign delivery
IP conceptualization, execution planning & support
Response innovation, ad approvals & execution support
Contextual Advertising alignment and execution coordination
Launch & management of new monetizable sections/ content heads
Marketing initiatives & consumer insights - Build brand image, Promote product, drive engagement, Grow reach, Draw insights & monitor impact / KPIs
