At SkinBae, we're building India's most trusted destination for authentic Korean beauty. We're looking for a Copywriter who understands how words drive action and can translate product truth into sharp, effective messaging.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing with intent, understands customer psychology, and knows how to balance brand tone with performance.
Role & Responsibilities- Write high-impact copy for ads (Meta, Google, YouTube), landing pages, website banners, and CTAs
- Craft product-led copy that clearly communicates benefits, USPs, and results without overpromising
- Write and refine email and CRM copy focused on clicks, conversions, and clarity
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, design, and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign goals
- Adapt brand tone across formats while keeping it consistent, confident, and premium
- Optimise copy based on performance data, feedback, and A/B test learnings
- Ensure all copy is factually accurate, compliant, and aligned with skincare best practices
What We're Looking For- 2–3 years of experience as a Copywriter (D2C, beauty, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands preferred)
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused writing
- Ability to write short, sharp, persuasive copy without sounding salesy
- Comfort working with data, feedback, and iteration
- Clear grammar, strong structure, and attention to detail
- Experience writing for ads, landing pages, and digital campaigns is a must
Nice to Have- Experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
- Ability to balance creativity with business goals
