Role Description The Branch Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily branch operations. This position manages policy servicing processes, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, while coordinating closely with sales teams and customer service to support business growth. The role includes handling customer queries and requests at the branch, overseeing transaction processing, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Branch Operations Executive monitors operational performance, identifies process improvements, and supports audits and risk controls to maintain high service quality. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience at the branch level.
