Job Summary:
We are hiring an experiencedBranch Manager (Agency Channel)to lead a team of Front Line Sales Managers and on-roll sales teams to achieve branch business targets. The role involves driving life insurance sales through the Agency network, ensuring agent licensing compliance, and maintaining high-performance culture within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage & motivate Front Line Sales Managers and on-roll sales teams.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly insurance sales targets for the branch.
- Drive recruitment, development & activation of high-quality agents.
- Ensure agents clear theIRDA licensing examand remain compliant.
- Develop business growth strategies to increase productivity & market presence.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking & business reporting.
- Ensure branch adherence to all regulatory and company guidelines.
- Build a strong, positive, target-oriented work environment.
