Key Responsibility Areas:
- P&L responsibility of the branch
- Building sales distribution channel to ensure disbursement targets
- Cross selling to existing clients Will be responsible for managing sales of Micro loan i.e. Small Ticket Commercial Vehicle loan in given region
- Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customer and through Cold calling, open Market, Connectors & Cross Sell
- Guiding the Clients to obtain Loan
- To act as a productive resource by meeting targets
- To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
- Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity
- Preparing and maintaining MIS report
Must Haves:
- Candidate should work in the same Cluster Location and should have handled at least 3 branches in the same Cluster.
- Candidate must have healthy writing and Good Communication skills.
- Minimum of Job stability is 2ys in his Current Organization.
- Must have team building ability and Open to travel to all branches.
Education:
- Have minimum qualification of Graduate & above
Requirements:
- Candidate must have a team handling exp minimum of 5-7 Yrs.
- Candidate age should be between 40-45 Yrs
- Good Communication skills in Local language and basic System Knowledge
