Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator (NC) who can independently operate NC Brake Press machines to manufacture high-quality sheet metal components while ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate and set up NC Brake Press machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and parameter adjustments.
- Ensure accurate bending dimensions and maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain proper machine housekeeping and production records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Machinist / or any other relevant technical trade)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in independently operating NC Brake Press machines.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in sheet metal fabrication companies such as the following will be preferred:
- Hicon
- Industrial Foam
- E-Pack (Greater Noida)
- Kreality Fabrication Pvt. Ltd. (Greater Noida)
- Spray Technique (Greater Noida)
