Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Quality Analyst located in Phase 2 Industrial Area. The BPO Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and performing quality assurance and control tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating communication quality, identifying areas for improvement, analyzing key metrics, and delivering constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify quality trends
  • Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Management practices
  • Effective Communication skills for delivering feedback and conducting evaluations
  • Experience in Quality Assurance processes and implementation
  • Ability to work methodically and maintain accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience working in BPO or similar environments is an advantage
