What we're looking for:

8–15 years of luxury retail experience

Proven success in boutique/store management

Expertise in driving sales, client acquisition, and CRM

Strong leadership with experience managing high-performing teams

Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills

Experience with international luxury brands is highly preferred

NRIs with relevant luxury retail experience are encouraged to apply.
