Job Description

BMC Remedy Developer (3–10 Years)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite

• Experience with Developer Studio, Filters, Active Links, Escalations, Forms and Workflow development

• Good understanding of Incident, Change, Problem, SRM and CMDB modules

• Experience with REST APIs, Web Services and third-party integrations

• Knowledge of Mid Tier, Smart IT and AR System architecture

• Experience with data migration, upgrades and performance troubleshooting

• SQL and troubleshooting skills

Preferred

• BMC Helix ITSM experience

• Innovation Suite exposure

• RSSO/SSO integration knowledge

Experience

• 3–10 years of relevant BMC Remedy development experience

• Hands-on implementation and customization experience mandatory.
