#Job Description*:
- Drive health insurance business through agency/bancassurance/retail channels
- Recruit, develop manage advisors or POSP teams for policy sales
- Consistently achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high policy renewals
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI norms and internal compliance policies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claim support
