Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities (Architecture & Design)

· Own end-to-end solution architecture for Blue Yonder WMS engagements, from requirements and blueprinting through design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

· Lead architecture and design workshops with client stakeholders to analyse warehouse operations, identify pain points, and translate business requirements into scalable, future-ready WMS solutions.

· Define the target-state technical architecture, integration landscape, and data flow across WMS and connected systems (ERP, TMS, WCS/MHE, Voice, ASRS, parcel/carrier, and labelling systems).

· Produce solution blueprints, technical design documents, and architecture artifacts that guide implementation teams and stand up to client and audit scrutiny.

· Act as the primary technical point of contact for the US-based client, presenting designs, options, and trade-offs clearly to both business and technical audiences.

· Lead and mentor teams of consultants and developers, reviewing designs and configurations to ensure alignment with the agreed architecture and Acuver's delivery standards.

· Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including effort estimation, RFP responses, and proposal architecture for new Blue Yonder WMS opportunities.

· Drive knowledge transfer, reusable accelerators, and best-practice collateral to strengthen Acuver's BY WMS practice.

Experience and Skills

· 10+ years of overall experience in supply chain / warehouse management technology, with a minimum of 5+ years focused specifically on Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS design and architecture.

· Proven hands-on experience designing and architecting BY WMS solutions — not configuration-only experience — across at least 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations.

· Deep functional and technical mastery of BY WMS modules: System configuration, Warehouse configuration, Multi-tenant organization structures, Allocation & Waving, Putaway, Pre-inventory allocation, Replenishment, and Order processing.

· Strong hands-on background in MOCA command development, RF Forms and Web UI form design, DDA/Page Builder, and Hot Fix delivery.

· Experience designing and developing NICE labels for client-specific requirements.

· Strong experience architecting and managing integrations using BY Integrator, with a clear understanding of interface design across ERP, TMS, WCS/MHE, and other host/peripheral systems.

· Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to read logs/trace files to diagnose complex configuration and performance issues.

· Excellent understanding of warehouse management processes across multiple industry domains (retail, e-commerce, 3PL, manufacturing, distribution).

· Experience working directly with US-based clients — comfortable leading client-facing design conversations, presenting to senior stakeholders, and overlapping with US time zones as needed.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

· Experience leading and mentoring consulting teams through the full customer lifecycle, including implementation, hyper care, and post go-live support.

· Blue Yonder WMS certification and/or exposure to the BY cloud platform is an added advantage.
