Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models for buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and other construction projects.
• Create and modify 3D models of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel structures.
• Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
• Perform model quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
• Support engineers in preparing design deliverables and project documentation.
• Maintain model version control and project data management.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Assist in implementing BIM workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

3 – 10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling.

Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial.

Familiarity with structural drawings and construction documentation.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering

Proficiency in:

• Autodesk Revit
• Navisworks
