BIM Strategy & Implementation
- Set up and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project templates based on client and company standards.
- Ensure all models follow agreed naming conventions, LOD levels, and coordinate systems (like GIS if required).
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Combine architectural, structural, and MEP models to check clashes using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 Model Coordination.
- Monitor model progress and manage updates, ensuring timely delivery of accurate BIM outputs for each project phase.
Team Leadership & Training
- Guide modelers and junior staff on best practices in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Conduct regular quality checks and basic training sessions to improve team modeling efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead coordination meetings with consultants, clients, and contractors using federated models for design reviews.
- Share models and updates using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Innovation & Technology
- Create Dynamo scripts or visual programming tools to automate repetitive tasks like tagging, sheet creation, or data entry.
- Use AR/VR or Twinmotion/Fuzor to present construction stages, walkthroughs, and site planning visuals to clients.

KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 (ACC), and coordination tools like Solibri/Fuzor.
Language Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Years of Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in BIM execution and coordination roles.
- Proven expertise in project coordination, model management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
