Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing and Inventory Executive based in Puducherry. The Billing and Inventory Executive will handle the billing process, create and manage invoices, and maintain accurate financial records. The role involves warehouse inventory management and report generation, along with effective communication with team members and customers. Daily responsibilities include billing, managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Billing Process and Invoicing
- Effective Communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
