Experience Required: 36 Years

Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Role Overview

The Bid/Tender Manager will manage the complete bidding process for aviation and civil defense projects, ensuring timely and compliant submission of proposals. The role demands strong understanding of technical specifications (especially electrical systems), government procurement processes, and customer requirements in the aviation and defense ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
  • Handle GeM portal operations, tender searches, documentation, and submissions.
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, cost estimation, and compliance.
  • Track bid status, clarifications, and post-bid activities.
  • Ensure adherence to government procurement rules and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in bid/tender management, preferably in aviation or government projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GeM portal processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
