About the Role
The Bid Executive will be responsible for overseeing the bid process, ensuring timely submissions, and managing vendor relationships to secure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Timely submission of pre-bid queries
- Synopsis of the RFP for the management approval
- Timely EMD arrangement
- Sourcing and identifying the vendors/OEMs for the various components of the SI bid
- Getting the required documents as per RFP on timely basis from various OEMs and Local vendor
- Making the Financial working sheet showing Cash flows, Profitability
- Arranging technical solution document from Internal presale team
- Arranging proposal from Post sales team and Delivery team for Implementation & Post sales support cost.
- Making documentation ready for Uploading as per the RFP requirement.
- Working and closing any shortfalls on timely basis
- Visiting the Customer to show documentation
Qualifications
Education details: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
