Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to handle end-to-end bid management processes, with strong expertise in using the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal, particularly for aviation-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding process.
- Handle GeM portal operations, tender searches, documentation, and submissions.
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, cost estimation, and compliance.
- Track bid status, clarifications, and post-bid activities.
- Ensure adherence to government procurement rules and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in bid/tender management, preferably in aviation or government projects.
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
