Role Description The BFSI & Capital Market Trainer role at Anudip Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on banking, financial services, insurance, and capital markets to entry-level and early-career learners. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, developing training materials, conducting interactive lectures and practical exercises, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and projects. The role involves mentoring learners on industry readiness, supporting placement activities through interview preparation, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain training schedules and quality standards. The trainer will also update course content in line with regulatory changes and market trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in banking operations, financial services, insurance products, and capital market fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom delivery using blended learning methods.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess assessment and mentoring skills, including the ability to evaluate performance and support learners career readiness.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including use of MS Office, learning platforms, and online training tools.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field, and relevant certifications in BFSI or capital markets.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or working in BFSI and capital market roles will be considered an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage batch schedules, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
