PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Ability to build relationships with Prime Vendor & Recruiters on a daily basis.
Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis.
Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments.
Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs.
Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts.
Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned.
Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.

CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES:
Have At least 0 - 4 Years Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
Good Communication Skills
Leadership Capabilities
Wear multiple hats as needed.
Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team.
Education:
Bachelors or MBA Preferred.
