Kastech Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team.

Requirements:

  • 1–5+ years of Bench Sales experience
  • Strong implementation partner/vendor network
  • Experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC consultants
  • Knowledge of US IT technologies and staffing process
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
