Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to market our bench candidates (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, EAD, etc.) to clients and system integrators. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in placing candidates on contract roles with implementation partners and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market consultants placed on the bench (H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.) to implementation partners, direct clients, or preferred vendors.
- Develop new vendor contacts, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales life cycle, from sourcing requirements and submitting candidates to scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with candidates for resume preparation, interview coaching, and submission updates.
- Maintain and update the database of candidates and vendor contacts regularly.
- Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media for networking and sourcing job requirements.
- Achieve weekly/monthly placement targets.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Bench Sales (IT consulting).
- In-depth knowledge of the US job market and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, etc.).
- Strong relationship-building skills with vendors, clients, and candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using job boards and CRM tools.
- Must be proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player.
- Willing to work in night shifts (US timings).
