Location: Mehsana only (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (EST Hours – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 0 – 2 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team in Indore. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals passionate about sales, communication, and the US staffing industry. You'll be working with our bench consultants across different visa statuses and marketing them to top-tier clients and vendors across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) to implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors.
• Build strong relationships with consultants by staying in constant communication.
• Submit consultants to job requirements on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva, and other platforms.
• Negotiate contract rates and terms with vendors and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the ATS/CRM.
• Track and report daily/weekly activities to the team lead or manager.
• Proactively identify new clients and vendors to expand business reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Passion for sales and client interaction.
• Willingness to work in US EST night shift.
• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
