AI Tools & Practices
Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or equivalent in day-to-day development.
Ability to effectively use AI tools for code generation, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and test creation with a strong focus on validating and critically reviewing AI-generated output.
Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) into applications is a plus.
Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and best practices for developer productivity.
Understanding the limitations, risks, and responsible use of AI tools in a professional engineering environment (e.g., data privacy, IP considerations, hallucination risks).
Awareness of AI-powered DevOps and testing tools (e.g., AI-assisted CI/CD, automated test generation) is a plus.
Backend
At least 3 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software using Java, Python or similar technologies.
Solid knowledge of OOP software concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong understanding of and implementation experience using Core Java, Spring, REST, Relational databases, SQL, JPA, Hibernate/iBatis or Python, Django, SqlAlchemy, Celery, or equivalent frameworks.
Excellent knowledge of JEE architecture/design patterns or equivalent, Object-Oriented Design.
Experience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes, is a plus.
Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as Terraform, Python, or Docker is a plus.
Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Frontend
At least 3 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software using Angular, React, or Vue.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML & CSS).
Good knowledge of core JavaScript concepts and design patterns.
Implementation experience of one or more modern UI Frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).
Good knowledge of responsive design and progressive web applications.
