We HackerKernel is looking for a Business Development Manager (Upwork Bidder)

We are a dynamic and growing software services company with a global client base. We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Upwork bidding platform and be able to generate leads, secure projects, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork and secure projects for the company.
  • Generate leads through Upwork by submitting proposals that align with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Monitor and track project progress from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Upwork Bidder.
  • Strong familiarity with the Upwork platform and other freelancing websites.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to write compelling and customized proposals for various client needs.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
