Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT Industry)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in IT Sales

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
