Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT product/service sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT domain.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch IT products/services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand IT products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required).
