Base Software Engineer (AUTOSAR)

Description

We are seeking a Base Software Engineer with expertise in AUTOSAR to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining base software components for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain base software components in compliance with AUTOSAR standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into the automotive system.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing software components.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to system architecture discussions.
• Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in software development for automotive applications.
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and its components.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of software development tools such as version control systems (Git), and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
