Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lead Barista position located in Hauz Khas Market. The Lead Barista will be responsible for product training, providing excellent & quick customer service, establishing SOPs to prepare coffee and other beverages, handling in-house roasting, managing par stocks, vendors, costs and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Day-to-day tasks include taking and preparing beverage orders, costs reviews, R&D, and collaborating with team members to create a positive guest experience. The Barista will also engage with customers to answer questions, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including expertise in preparing coffee and specialty beverages
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective customer and team interactions
• Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations
• Basic knowledge and experience in Food Preparation
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Any certifications BTA/BH/CQI/SCA - are a plus

Salary

• CTC - INR 35,000 per month
• Joining Date - Immediate
