Your role involves leading from the front, orchestrating seamless bar operations, and creating an atmosphere where both team members and guests feel the passion that defines our brand. As Bar Chief, you'll lead and inspire our talented bar team, working closely with bartenders, bar backs, and support staff to create a cohesive, high-energy environment. You'll collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen team, servers, and management to ensure every aspect of our service meets expectations. Loco Otro operates in a dynamic, creative environment, and you'll be expected to drive innovation and maintain our reputation while fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.

You will report directly to the Operations Head, working closely with senior leadership to ensure all bar operations align with our brand standards and business objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop bar staff, creating a positive, productive culture that drives results and professional growth.

Operational Management: Oversee all bar operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Guest Experience: Create memorable experiences for guests through great service, engaging interactions, and expertly crafted beverages.

Menu Development: Collaborate on beverage menu creation, seasonal cocktails, and innovative drink concepts that align with our culinary vision.

Inventory & Cost Management: Manage bar inventory, control costs, optimize profit margins, and ensure proper stock levels and supplier relationships.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards for beverage preparation, presentation, and service consistency across all shifts.

Training & Development: Design and implement training programs for bar staff, ensuring continuous skill development and good service standards.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, safety protocols, and responsible service practices.

Leadership Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in bar management or supervisory roles, with proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Beverage Expertise: Extensive knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, and current industry trends, with ability to create innovative cocktails.

Operational Management: Strong understanding of bar operations, POS systems, inventory management, and cost control principles.
