Position: BK Claims Senior Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a BK Claims Senior Analyst to support U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 case administration. The role involves managing email communications, processing case-related requests, coordinating with international teams, and ensuring timely handling of claimant and court correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes related to U.S. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 cases.
- Review and classify emails from creditors, claimants, attorneys, and court representatives.
- Extract and document key information related to Proofs of Claim, case updates, and deadlines.
- Prioritize and escalate time-sensitive communications as per service standards.
- Maintain accurate email tracking logs and ensure timely resolution of correspondence.
- Coordinate with overseas teams for seamless processing of overnight service requests.
- Train and guide team members on email triage, routing procedures, and documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and turnaround times.
Required Skills
- Strong email management and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret handwritten documentation.
- Experience in process training and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of U.S. Legal or Bankruptcy processes.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or MNC environments.
