Tech Wynk is seeking an experienced Backend/Platform Engineer to join one of our premium clients building next-generation, Kubernetes-native multi-tenant infrastructure for their AI-driven MCP distribution platform. This role involves designing scalable backend systems that power secure, isolated, high-performance environments for enterprise, healthcare, and white-label customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of backend development experience using Node.js/Express and distributed systems
- 3+ years of experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and database architecture
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in real workflows (Claude Code, Codex, Cline, Cursor, Gemini CLI, etc.)
- Strong experience with Docker and scalable API design
- Strong understanding of REST API principles, modular backend architecture, and microservices
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes pod orchestration, namespace isolation, and multi-tenant resource management
- Experience building secure multi-tenant APIs, authentication hardening, and advanced session management
- Deep expertise with PostgreSQL multi-tenant structures: partitioning, migrations, and Row-Level Security (RLS)
- Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK
- Knowledge of real-time systems using WebSockets, socket.io, job queues (BullMQ/Redis), and high-throughput rate limiting
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure multi-tenant API systems with hierarchical tenant isolation and row-level security
- Build Kubernetes pod orchestration logic for dynamic container provisioning and session lifecycle management
- Develop authentication and session controls using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and multi-tenant security models
- Implement real-time communication systems using socket.io for browser-based terminal and AI interaction
- Build end-to-end observability: metrics, tracing, and structured logs for distributed multi-tenant environments
- Develop and manage job queues using BullMQ/Redis for background tasks and resource efficiency
- Design scalable PostgreSQL infrastructure with tenant partitioning, migrations, and audit logging
- Create high-performance rate-limiting, DDoS protection, and tenant resource quota systems
- Work with AI Engineers to deploy secure MCP servers and ensure compliance with container security standards
